Track real SIP returns for any mutual fund based on actual NAV data
The SIP Tracker is a powerful tool that shows you what your SIP (Systematic Investment Plan) is actually returning. It uses real NAV data — meaning your return is calculated based on actual market data. Simply select a fund, enter your monthly SIP amount, choose the start date, and hit the Track My SIP button.
XIRR (Extended Internal Rate of Return) gives you the actual annualized return of your SIP. Because SIP investments happen on different dates, a simple return calculation would be inaccurate. XIRR accounts for the timing of each installment and gives a precise percentage. If your XIRR is 15%, it means your money has effectively grown at 15% per year.
